East as Air Intelligence comes to us in many different
ways. Here two stones - one from the warm sand of Santa Barbara, CA, and one
from the moonlit beach of Myrtle Beach, SC. 1½ by
¾" $35.00

South as Fire Fire is what formed these pieces and spew
them to the surface may eons ago. Who knows how long it took for them to come
up on the shore. They were sitting together awash in the hot summer sun, almost
hot even fresh from the trickle of the outgoing surf. Peridot, a stone long
associated with the sun, enhances the power of this marriage. 1½ x
½" $35.00

West as Water The call of Water is very strong here
along the coast, and the power in these pieces can be felt from a distance.
Sand has washed this shell smooth, and some force left a small, perfect hole
through it. I have tried to find out what kind of jasper the hexagon is, but to
no avail. It looks so much like the ragged beach where I picked up this shell
that I am just going to call it Sand Jasper and leave it at that. 2½
x 1¾" $30.00

 North as
Earth Do not let the size of this piece fool you, for herein lies the story
of us all. Long ago when I was searching for a way to explain the unexplainable
I ended up at the end of the world. There I sat and listened to the waves as
the sun slowly set, and I despaired. As the last warmth of the sun caressed my
neck, I watched in awe as a new moon rose. Never before had I seen such perfect
harmony - and I felt as if the two astral object had lifted the heaviness from
my heart. As the sun disappeared over the dunes, a small glint caught my eye.
Here was this beautiful stone sitting by my side. In one startling moment I
realized that this pebble held the answer I had been searching for. I had just
needed to sit and listen for its call. My problem was thinking that it would
come at me in a rush. Instead, it rode in on a wave. In the grand universe
we are but a speck of dust, easy to overlook for all of our noise. On the
vastness of this beach was a tiny stone. Just as easy to overlook in the crash
of the waves. However, this small stone was once part of a mighty boulder. As
the years wore on the sands and the surf washed over it and eroded it until it
became almost invisible - until you stopped to hear its terrestrial voice.
We are all grand and small pieces of our wondrous universe, we just need to
find our true voice. Our strength does not come from our size, but from our
heart. One small moonstone, and the Circle of Life enhance this
gift. ¾ x¾" This piece will probably never be for
sale.
