What is your return policy?

Refunds or exchanges accepted under the following, strictly adhered to rules:

A "Return Authorization" is required before sending back an item for exchange. Use the contact page to obtain an RA number.

Refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, excluding shipping charges.

Item must be returned in original packing within 7 days after being received.

We are not able to accept used items for returns, so please make sure all tags are intact.

We can never accept earrings as a return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, with proof of delivery recommended or registered mail suggested for your protection as well as ours when you return an item to us.

Exchanges will be charged 15% re-stocking fee. Regular shipping costs will apply.

Exchanges are accepted only for any item of equal value once the re-stocking fee and shipping charges have been deducted.

We appreciate your understanding as one of a kind items such as ours are impossible to reproduce. Our goal is to have happy customers who know that they own a unique artist designed treasure.
